hi, im yvonne (˶ᵔ ᵕ ᵔ˶)

i'm a proudct designer from san jose, california. my work sits at the intersection of beauty, joy, and utility. i believe good design doesn't just solve problems, it helps people notice what's beautiful in their everyday lives and makes the time they spend a little more meaningful.

i came to this from a background in philosophy, where i spent a lot of time thinking about what makes life meaninfgul. that question hasn't left me, it just found a new medium. every product decision, to me, is a small argument about what matters: what deserves someone's attention, what makes a moment feel considered rather than just functional.

i also care about building toward a more equitable future. design touches upon who gets access, who gets seen, and who gets left out of the decisions that shape their lives; i strive to bring that awareness into the work itself and not leave it as an afterthought.
